Oliver Felstead - CEO

Oliver is co-founder and CEO of Cornhill Property Investment Limited. He has 8 years of experience in property investment and equity trading. He was previously Sales Director of CR  – an International Property Investment Group. Prior to this he worked for a Singapore Bank - Phillip Securities and Refco as an investment broker. Oliver is also a director of CCKL, a Malaysia Development Company & is a Consultant to Mercuri Global Holdings -  a Property Fund Managament Company based in Asia.

Edward Lawson Johnston - Managing Director

Edward is the Founder and Managing Director of Cornhill Property Investments Limited and over the last few years has built up an in-depth knowledge of the emerging markets including Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS, India and the UAE. He has launched and run his own strategic marketing business The Lawson Johnston Partnership, and previously set up the British & World Luxury Council in London, Dubai, Mumbai & Delhi with HRH Prince Michael of Kent & Foreign office delegations. Edward also ran the marketing for CR, an International Property Investment Group and remains a consultant to the London School of Business & Finance. Edward is also a Director of CCKL, a Malaysia Development Company.

Andrew Frangos - Director

Andrew is CEO of Cornhill Asset Management Group and has 11 years of experience in equity and commodity trading. He was previously a Maersk commodity trader and was head of Stock Broking with EFML, Phillip Securities and Refco. He has also been a market commentator on Bloomberg & CNBC. 

Martin Smith - Chief Operating Officer

Martin is currently a Director and COO of Cornhill Asset Management Limited.  He was previously Head of Compliance for Union Bancaire Privée in London and before that was a Vice President of Merrill Lynch International Private Bank. Martin brings 20 years experience in the fields of Operations and Compliance to Cornhill Property Investments.

Lewis Boddy - Financial Director

Lewis is Financial Director of Cornhill Property Investments Limited and Cornhill Asset Management Limited. Lewis joins the team having spent six years at the head office of SkyePharma PLC, a rapidly growing international biotechnology group listed on both London and NASDAQ. He has had full responsibility for external reporting, and managed the group transition to IFRS. Lewis works on accounting aspects of all corporate transactions, including funding, acquisitions and licensing. He has also been responsible for US GAAP reporting and reconciliations. Lewis is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1996 with first time passes and gained a degree in Mathematics from Bristol University in 1992.
